Founded by Melanie de Coppet in January 2001, Red Table can create custom menus using clients’ family recipes and fresh, local ingredients from farmers’ markets, butcher shops, and produce stores. Red Table will cater any size and type of event, from a multicourse dinner party to a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres. Clients include prominent companies in the arts and entertainment industry.
