Certified master bread baker and owner Keith Kouris opened this Southampton bakery in 1999. Specializing in baked goods, pastries, and cakes, Blue Duck is best known for its artisan breads and was voted Best Bakery by Dan's Papers five years in a row. The off-premise operation can handle desserts and breakfasts for groups as small as 24 or as large as 800.
