OVERVIEW
Chef Laurent Tourondel’s bistro opened in the Ritz-Carlton Central Park in August 2007. With a focus on fresh, locally grown, seasonal ingredients, the restaurant’s menu rotates monthly. Designed by Michael Bagley, the space features Marilyn Sommer paintings, fluted walls, and wooden furniture, all in shades of coffee and cream. BLT Market seats 100 for dinner.
