OVERVIEW
The Atelier building in Midtown West that houses Espace also offers its uppermost floor and terrace for events. The 10,000-square-foot Atelier Sky Lounge has a wraparound outdoor deck that offers views of the city and the Hudson River. It comes with removable furniture, a kitchen, service-elevator access, and audio and video capabilities. The Sky Lounge is available year-round, but only one event per week is permitted.
