Cannoli Kings launched in March 2008 with executive chef Victor Parise at the helm; his younger brother Michael runs the Los Angeles operation. Cannoli Kings serves dishes such as fennel-crusted salmon carpaccio on peppered crostini with citrus cream, Dijon-crusted baby lamb chops with mint pesto, and myriad party platters for Hamptons events, Manhattan rooftop barbecues, and office catering.
