OVERVIEW
David Watkins has been in the event design industry for nearly 20 years and launched his own firm in 2005. In addition to event design, Watkins provides event consulting. He generally works with media entertainment groups on product launches and fashion shows; clients include Russell Simmons, Macy’s, the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and Sean “Diddy” Combs. Watkins says one of his stylistic signatures is the use of dramatic lighting.
