Evelyn Hill Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned business that has managed the concessions at the Statue of Liberty for the past 78 years. In addition to Lady Liberty, in 2009 Evelyn Hill Inc. was awarded the contract for concessions at Ellis Island by the National Park Service. Evelyn Hill Inc. provides high-end catering for evening and day events and for groups of as many as 3,000. It also offers several unique meeting spaces.
