OVERVIEW
This venture from chef April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman inside the newly minted Ace Hotel opened at the end of October 2009. The 130-seat Breslin Bar & Dining Room has a meat-centric menu—including terrines, house made sausages, and dry aged rib eye steak—a chef's table overlooking the kitchen, and a pub-style interior of wood tables, plaid curtains, and leather booths.
