Overview

Center548, a 35,000-square-foot venue in the Chelsea gallery district, maintains the history of the site with its position as a flexible exhibition venue and functions as a hybrid space for social, corporate, and fashion events. The three open 9,500-square-foot floors and beautiful roof deck (drive-in is available on all floors, including the roof), with views of Chelsea and the Hudson River, provide a level of flexibility for trade shows, corporate events, art exhibitions, photo shoots, and fashion shows.

Center 548's renovations: We will be opening up July 15th after major face-lift that will include extensive white boxing of the venue with brand new electrical that will include 400 amps per floor, 100 amp direct tie in per floor. There will be six bathrooms per floor including roof. Roof deck will be completely covered with tile decking and our signature freight elevator which reaches all floors including roof will have a complete over hall.
