Chef Alain Ducasse has reclaimed his place on the New York dining scene with the January debut of Adour. The modern-looking space in Midtown’s St. Regis hotel has wine-inspired decor (with a burgundy- and chardonnay-toned palette) by David Rockwell. In addition to the main dining room, the restaurant has a lounge and a four-seat interactive wine bar, where tasting notes are projected onto the surface of the bar. Private wine vaults complement the 12-seat private dining room.
