OVERVIEW
Famed sushi chef Masa Takayama closed his Beverly Hills sushi mecca Ginza Sushiko to open this 26-seat restaurant with a high-priced prix-fixe menu in the Time Warner Center. At the sushi bar, diners have an opportunity to see Takayama at work, while the tables are quiet spaces separated by curtains where patrons can enjoy the carefully decorated venue.
