For traditional meeting space, a ballroom that can be divided into four rooms will be the largest area, accommodating as many as 450 seated guests. Additionally, there will be a flexible meeting room for as many as 216 and a prefunction space for 300.

On the first floor in the hotel’s 14-story atrium, the aptly named Atrium restaurant will be the property's primary dining outlet. The 100-seat eatery will serve classic American fare.

For outdoor events, the 7,800-square-foot pool deck can hold 500.

Because of the hotel’s official partnership with the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney character visits, complimentary transportation to all of the theme parks, and preferred tee times at the surrounding Walt Disney World golf courses will also be available for groups.
