OVERVIEW
This 750-room hotel is undergoing a $65 million renovation slated to be complete in November 2009. The Hyatt Regency has 65,000 square feet of function space split into 29 meeting rooms, a 16,768-square-foot exhibit hall, and a 24,960-square-foot ballroom. Events for as many as 1,000 people can be held around the half-acre pool.
