Since its inception in 1996, this company has catered and planned events throughout South Florida. Led by executive chef Tano and his business partner Patricia Borgono, the company offers diverse, ethnic cuisines using rich local ingredients and traditional techniques. The company can create themes events for as many as 2,500 people; past themes have included German Oktoberfest, Chile Festival, and Caribbean Festival.
