Washington, D.C. - February 4, 2009 - David Adler, C.E.O. and founder of BizBash Media, announced today that Abigail Glenn-Chase has been named associate publisher for the Washington market. Glenn-Chase will report to BizBash’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, Robert Fitzgerald.
Previously, Glenn-Chase worked for Heldref Publications, an arm of the Helen Dwight Reid Educational Foundation as a special events professional. Glenn-Chase managed the foundation’s venue, the Reid Ballroom, and specialized in nonprofit and corporate event planning.

The advertising deadline for the Spring 2009 BizBash magazine is April 8 and will feature the Washington, D.C. venue directory. The venue issue is the premier venue resource for more than 18,000 corporate event and meeting planners in the Washington metro area.
