BizBash Announces 2010 L.A. Event Style Award Winners, Including Audi Q5 Tour, Primetime Emmy's Governors Ball, Microsoft/Xbox 360 E3 Media Briefing, and L.A. Opera Season Opening Gala
Other winners include Academy Awards Governors Ball, TED Conference TED Prize Gala, HBO Big Love Audio Wall, and Latin Music U.S.A. Viewing Party, honored for the best events in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles—June 10, 2010—BizBash, the trade magazine and Web site for the event planning industry, announced the winners of the annual Los Angeles Event Style Awards in a ceremony held during the BizBash Expo on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at the L.A. Mart. Winners were selected by a panel of event industry professionals that included planners, suppliers, and BizBash editors. Awards were presented in 18 categories, including Best Corporate Event Concept, Best Gift Bag, Best Invitation Design, Best Catering at an Event, Best New Venue, Best Video, and Best Fresh Idea. BizBash hosts other award presentations in Chicago on August 19 and New York on October 27, 2010.

Society Awards (society-awards.com) created elegant awards for the event, made of clear crystal on a black marble base.

The award presentation was attended by top corporate event and meeting professionals, as well as marketers and vendors in the event industry, including caterers, audiovisual companies, lighting and sound companies, venue managers, and decor and design companies.
