BizBash Media celebrates its 10 Year Anniversary with a triumphant Expo in Florida and increased attendance figures for its second annual showcase

Fort Lauderdale, FL—April 15, 2011—BizBash Media, today’s leading authority on the events industry, celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary in style during the second annual BizBash Florida Expo, sponsored by The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, that took place on Tuesday, April 12 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward Convention Center.

After a hugely successful inaugural Expo in 2010, the second annual installment of BizBash Florida Expo proved to be an even bigger hit with the region’s attending pioneers in production, design, catering, hospitality and lifestyle. Registrants enjoyed guest appearances by renowned specialists in the event and corporate planning industry as well as a conference program of seminars hosted by renowned business leaders.

America’s sassiest Lifestyle Guru, Steve Kemble, gave the audience a humorous presentation on his “Sassiest” secrets from the red carpet and how to work with celebrities to “Sell-up” an event. Kemble shared his stories from the red carpet and behind-the-scenes with the celebrities he has worked with at the Oscars, the Golden Globes, and the American Music Awards, as well as his tips on how to attract celebrities to increase the visibility of an event.

Lee Brian Schrager, vice president of corporate communication and national events for Southern Wine and Spirits of America took attendees “behind-the-scenes” at The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival and provided an uncensored opinion on today’s hospitality industry to Richard Aaron, President of BizBash Media, during an enjoyable one-on-one on-stage interview.
