BizBash.com Gets A Makeover
Professional Event Planners Now Have the Ability to Save and Share Ideas
|New York City—March 15, 2012—David Adler, C.E.O. and founder of BizBash Media, the leading trade media in North America for event professionals, announced today the beta launch of the new BizBash.com website.
BizBash serves professional and non-professional event and meeting planners, providing them with ideas, news, and industry resources through its magazine, Web site, and trade shows.
“The redesigned site is visually more appealing, easier to navigate, and focuses on the ongoing thirst for new ideas by planners who are constantly on the hunt,” Mr. Adler commented. “What has been most flattering to us since launching the new site is how users are tweeting that the new BizBash.com is the ‘Pinterest for the event world.”
New features on the site include the ability for users to capture photos from their favorite stories and share via “Idea Books” for catering concepts, sponsor integrations, table decor, or simply to create their own Idea Book for an upcoming event. The new site also includes personalization features, like a Facebook login, and was designed with all of the best practices when it comes to Web optimization and usability.
BizBash’s general manager, Aram Fischer, led the site-redesign project, which also included all members of the BizBash staff. Blue Fountain Media handled the front-end design. A video introduction to the new site is available here.
