Special 2004 NYC Republican Convention Planning Issue Published By BiZBash Event Style Reporter

New York, New York - May 5, 2003 - With 16 months to go until the Republican National Convention comes to New York City, BiZBash Media, New York's authoritative source for essential information on event marketing, meeting and event planning and business entertaining, announced today that its special "Welcome to New York" Republican Convention planning issue of the BiZBash Event Style Reporter hits mail boxes this week.

The issue, an introduction to New York's event resources, has a comprehensive listing of more than 1,000 hotels, restaurants, lounges and little-known spaces, plus a directory of 237 caterers.

The tabloid-size publication has a controlled circulation of 10,000, and is being mailed to all 50 Republican party state offices as well as Washington, D.C., headquarter offices and political organizations, donors, lobbying organizations, media outlets and corporations who are likely to host meetings and events during the convention. The publication is not affiliated with the Republican party or any of the official committees involved in planning the convention. The publication's sole intention is to help planners familiarize themselves with the dynamic New York event marketplace.

"Based on past convention experience, it is never too early to start booking venues and talent for the upcoming Republican Convention, scheduled to be held in New York City in August 2004," says David Adler, founder and CEO of BiZBash Media.

BiZBash Media publishes the quarterly BiZBash Event Style Reporter newspaper, the weekly BiZBash Event Style Alert email newsletter and daily news updates on BiZBash.com. The company also hosts the annual BiZBash Javits Meeting and Event Expo - The Fresh Idea Show, which attracts 3,000 of the industry's top professionals.

The company was founded by Adler, former founder, president and editorial director of Washington Dossier, and vice president of corporate communications for both Primedia and Macmillan Inc.
