Myles Chefetz of Miami’s Prime One Twelve teamed up with developer Jorge Perez for this 7,500-square-foot Italian restaurant on South Beach. Opened in December 2008, the 180-seat restaurant features an open kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven, a semiprivate wine room for eight, and outdoor seating for 60.
