Sandro Fioriti is the chef and owner of this Upper East Side restaurant. Fioriti, who back in 1984 opened a Roman-style eatery of the same name on East 59th Street, serves simple Roman food here, along with an all-Italian wine list and a selection of infused grappas. Sandro's seats 50 in the dining room and eight at the bar. During the summer months, Sandro's is open only for dinner.
