Sara Sharpe Catering
Owner Sara Sharpe studied with French master chefs Michel Guerard, Jean Troisgros, and Roger Verge before opening her catering company in 1978. Most of her staff has been with her for more than 20 years. This company caters any type of cuisine, from fine French to Tex-Mex. Menu items include baby veal chops with blueberry demi-glace, rack of lamb with cabernet mint sauce, and mushroom truffle potato risotto. Sharpe has catered to the Historical Museum of Southern Florida; Weil, Gotshal & Manges; and Ctibank.
