Baker Judy Owens is the proprietor of Cupcake Delights in Mount Dora, where she serves a menu of classic miniature desserts along with some more unexpected flavor combinations. The basic menu consists of classic yellow or chocolate cake with buttercream, chocolate buttercream, or cream cheese frosting. From a range of more than 40 flavors, about 12 to 16 are available every day.

In addition to Cappuccino Delight (chocolate cake topped with cappuccino buttercream, rolled in dark chocolate curls, and adorned with a chocolate covered coffee bean), special flavors include red velvet, carrot cake, key lime, and peanut butter and jelly. Seasonal cakes include candy cane and cinnamon spice in the fall and winter, and strawberry and cream in the spring and summer. Pricing starts at $2.75 per cupcake for orders of less than a dozen, and comes down in cost, with two dozen or more cakes priced at $2.25 each; large orders in excess of $200 can be delivered to Orlando for an additional fee.
