Although this full-service catering company is only a year old, founders Terry Peikin and Nicholas Giusti have been working in the food industry for more than 40 years. Peikin, an alumnus of One Fifth Restaurant and Great Performances, teamed up with Giusti, a Culinary Institute of America grad and longtime owner of his own catering company, to create this small firm, which uses local farmers’ markets to create its menus.
