Sisters Jenny and Heather Goldberg opened this gourmet-food catering company in January 2008. In addition to servicing events with customized wheat-free, macrobiotic, and vegan food, Spork can give in-house cooking lessons and three-hour classes—aprons and cutting boards included. Pear, fig, and sage tarts with roasted garlic aioli, pesto-encrusted seitan, chocolate kahlua baked donuts in cinnamon glaze, and pink lemonade cupcakes are popular choices on the menu.
