FROM LOS ANGELES Through Dee's Bakery and Donuts, which opened in December and is now taking private orders and wholesale accounts, baker Deanna Moody offers a selection of homestyle sweets, made fresh daily in downtown Los Angeles. For an office meeting, try an Everything Box (or several), a package that includes six doughnuts, six cinnamon rolls, six frosted sugar cookies, and six chocolate chip cookies. Or give a box of cookies or a dozen doughnuts as a thank-you gift. Another bonus for those with dietary restrictions: Moody's treats are completely vegan. Dee's will deliver in Los Angeles for a minimum order of $50, or for a delivery fee of $5 to $10, depending on the location.
