VENUE NEWS   06.29.09 1:18 PM Payard Patisserie Shutters, Off-Site Catering Still Available Payard Patisserie & Bistro announced today that it will close. In a newsletter emailed out late this morning, the Upper East Side pastry shop and restaurant disclosed that its location on Lexington Avenue will shutter temporarily as it plans to relocate. (Crain's New York Business predicted the closing back in May.) Tastings by Payard, the catering arm of the business, will remain available for off-site events.   —Anna Sekula
