Century City Mall's Entertaining-Appropriate Restaurant Roster Grows With New Toscanova
Restaurateur Agostino Sciandri opened Toscanova in the Westfield Century City mall, where it joins other entertaining-appropriate restaurants. Toscanova features Northern Italian cuisine in a casual, family-style setting. Architect Ralph Gentile designed the space with an outdoor patio with porphyry tiles, ironwork seating, full-length curtains, custom upholstery, and planters. An overhead woven trellis shades diners, and an electronic shade may be rolled out for protection on rainy days.

Inside, the dining room includes a brick wall, hardwood flooring, and a circular wood wine display that serves as a centerpiece. Hand-painted murals adorn the seating area.
The bar has a solid-wood counter and an oversize antique mirror. Additionally, the pizza bar has a wood-burning oven surrounded by mosaic glass tiles; the brown and tan marble bar features a ceramic-tile face, and handblown Murano chandeliers hanging above.

The restaurant offers a private dining room that features a wall displaying wine bottles; it has room for 18. The entire venue holds 170 for seated events, with additional space in the exterior lounge. Full buyouts are available.
