New York On November 21, Barneys New York will turn over a floor of its Madison Avenue flagship (660 Madison Ave., 212.826.8900) to Lady Gaga’s take on Santa’s headquarters. Gaga’s Workshop will include a selection of small gift items.

Chicago Tru executive chef Anthony Martin recently introduced Coral Caviar. The tasting presents caviar on a molded coral serving piece that holds abalone shells filled with colorful roes. The service is available for the whole table or for individual guests. (312.202.0001)
