TORONTO The 34th Toronto International Film Festival, which saw more than 300 films screened over 10 days, wrapped Saturday with a cocktail reception at Roy Thomson Hall. The party, was planned by Party Barbara Co. and held following a screening of the closing night film, The Young Victoria, starring Emily Blunt and produced by Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.
TIFF's closing day also included the annual awards reception at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre and a free screening of the Oprah Winfrey-backed film Precious, winner of the Cadillac People's Choice Award. Additional prizes handed out included best Canadian feature film, which went to Cairo Time.
