Toca, a new restaurant helmed by chef Tom Brodi, is set to open in the Ritz-Carlton Toronto in February 2011. The 120-seat restaurant, located on the mezzanine level, will feature a chef's table for eight, a private dining room for 12, a glass-encased cheese cave, and a walk-in wine cellar.
