Poll Results: Readers Use Twitter to Keep Tabs on Event Industry
Technology professionals predict that Twitter will have upwards of 18 million registered users by the end of 2009, and so far, a slight majority of our readers will be counted among them. Thirty-eight percent of the participants in our recent poll admitted that they don't tweet, but the rest were almost evenly split on how they use it. Just under one third of tweeting BizBash readers use it for fun, while others check it for event industry news, and just a few more use it to see what colleagues and friends are working on. (We're using it for all three.)

Our next poll, which you can see in the left column of the home page, concerns your reaction to last week's news of the 2016 Olympic Games host city. RELATED TOPICS Twitter, Chicago 2016, 2016 Olympics
