When Church Street Flowers closed after 16 years of business, co-founder William Fulghum parlayed his near 30 years of experience into his own design company. Fulgham does event design all over Canada for private and corporate events. He has designed for the childrens charity Best Buddies, the Mount Sinai Hospital Gala, and recently an event for Home Depot, which he does annually.
