The award winning Allen Lambert Galleria, conceived by Spanish designer Santiago Calatrava, is a soaring, six-storey avenue of light and glass that flows between Bay and Yonge Streets. Defined by eight free-standing, inclined steel supports that branch out into a single plane, the Galleria is embraced by natural light filtering through louvers on top of vaults, reinforcing the impression of an ethereal, tree-lined street.
The Allen Lambert Galleria is an award-winning special event venue resplendent in light and glass. It measures 85 feet high, 45 feet wide and 360 feet long and is the main venue for special events. By day, this public thoroughfare bustles with the energy and spirit of Toronto’s commerce. By night, it transforms into a private enclave of magnificent proportions, the ultimate backdrop for your truly special special event.
Situated on a 5 1/2 acre site in the heart of the financial district, Brookfield Place is bounded by Bay,Wellington, Yonge and Front Street. Within a short distance of the complex there are a multitude of Toronto cultural landmarks including the Royal Alexandra Theater, Princess of Wales Theatre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Massey Hall, Rogers Centre and Air Canada Centre.
