OVERVIEW
George Brown College opened this student-run restaurant in November 2008. The ground-level restaurant and event space, in a brownstone building on King Street East, is the first training facility of its kind in Canada. The 3,200-square-foot space seats 70 and has a 16-seat private dining room. Chef de cuisine Oliver Li offers a menu of bistro dishes with seasonal ingredients.
