Watermark—the latest pub from Fab Concepts Inc.—is a lakeside restaurant in the Queens Quay Terminal. The pub has seating for 240 inside and a semiprivate room with a fireplace that seats 100 or holds 150 for receptions. A lakeside patio holds 220. Executive chef Ken Skidmore’s menu features traditional pub food with a focus on seafood.
