Jar chef and owner Suzanne Tracht teamed with the Renaissance Long Beach hotel to open her second restaurant in L.A. The menu features Jar's signature steaks, roasts, and braised dishes. The main dining room has 30-foot-high windows overlooking the downtown area, and a bar showcases its 1,100-bottle wine collection. There's a fire pit in the center, and an outdoor patio seats six. A private dining area seats 25.
