Soft opening this month, Voyeur is a new 6,000-square-foot West Hollywood lounge with a capacity of about 650. It has a designated DJ space, a 138-inch pull-down screen, a large stage for performances, video capabilities, and Wi-Fi. There are also two full-service bars, a full-service kitchen, and an outdoor smoking area. Voyeur has a private room with its own entrance and bar; the private room holds about 50 for receptions or 40 for seated events.

For events, menu options include tray-passed hors d'oeuvres like roasted figs, yellowtail tartare, and risotto balls; appetizer stations like hummus and babaganoush with pita, artisanal cheeses with crackers, and a raw fish bar; and entrees like roasted leg of lamb and steamed Atlantic salmon. Voyeur will also accommodate requests off its suggested menu.

Voyeur has been open on Thursdays in October to significant celebrity and private event interest. The space will also be open on Saturdays in November, after hosting Heidi Klum's annual Halloween party.
