Windows Catering is now offering teambuilding cooking classes at its Alexandria headquarters, after testing a few courses last year. As part of the new program, dubbed Windows After-Hours, guests can sharpen their skills in the state-of-the-art kitchen, with customized lessons compiled from Windows recipes (including sushi rolls, paella Valenciana, or French fruit tarts) led by chefs Pasquale Ingenito and Laurent Lhuillier.
After putting together their courses, groups can enjoy the fruits of their labor in the tasting rooms, with wine pairings on request. Prices start at $250 per person for as many as 20 participants.
