Chef, restaurant consultant, and floral designer Sidra Forman recently expanded her multifaceted company with a new line of handmade cookies. Forman emphasizes sustainability in all of her projects, so her cookies are made with herbs from her garden and organic ingredients. The cookies cost $10 a dozen; summer flavors include salty rosemary-walnut biscotti, lavender shortbread, toasted cornmeal, and oatmeal chocolate-mint chip. Forman can also create custom flavors or cookies that adhere to dietary restrictions. Ideal for gifts or favors, the treats come in individual bags with customized labels for an additional charge. Delivery is available for orders of $100 or more.
Forman is also still available to make floral arrangements for corporate gifts and events of all sizes. She specializes in seasonal, locally grown flowers and unique containers.
