Logan Circle has emerged as an arts center in Washington for galleries such as G Fine Art, which is now opening its space for private rentals. The eight-year-old gallery is housed on the second floor of a three-story building that first opened in the 1920’s as a car showroom and was renovated in 2004 to accommodate a slew of art businesses. G Fine Art shows contemporary and emerging international artists.

At 1,700-square-feet, the loft-style setup includes polished cement floors, 12-foot-high ceilings, and picture windows facing downtown Washington. The venue can accommodate up to 150 for a reception and 80 for a seated event.

A nearby kitchen is available for catering prep, and an industrial elevator can bring up any necessary equipment. Extra staffers may be needed for security to protect the exhibition on view.
