OVERVIEW
This 13,000-square-foot steak house serves plenty of beef, plus seafood. The 300-seat restaurant opened in 2003 but renovated its two private dining rooms, which combined can hold a 160, in late 2005. Unfettered Capitol views are available from the rooftop terrace, which holds 400.
