On the ground floor of the Latham Hotel, chef Michel Richard’s Citronelle restaurant features a glass-enclosed exhibition kitchen and wine cellar. Three rooms of event space are available, including the 2,700-square-foot main dining room. A small outdoor terrace is available for private receptions.
