OVERVIEW
PS 7’s, from chef Peter Smith (formerly of Vidalia), opened in Penn Quarter in September 2006. A blue wall winds through the restaurant, twisting and turning to carve out spaces for the 34-seat bar and lounge, 120-seat dining room, and private room for 22. Guests have the option of choosing as many as six items to sample from the menu as their entire meal.
