OVERVIEW
Opened in February 2007 by the Popal family, this 2,500-square-foot, bilevel French restaurant is bedecked with antique light fixtures from the Watergate hotel, a black crystal chandelier, and banquette seating. A private white-and-gold dining room is available downstairs, while a red-and-gold dining area is upstairs. The outdoor patio holds 100 for receptions.
