OVERVIEW
José Andrés, a James Beard award winner for best chef, relocated his Oyamel restaurant from Crystal City to Penn Quarter in March 2007, with a Mexican menu of shared small plates such as shrimp sautéed with tequila, shallots, and scallions. The venue seats 125 in the main dining room and 50 in a private dining area.
