OVERVIEW
This 2,000-room hotel, which opened in April 2008, is the first phase of the 300-acre National Harbor development, which will transform a waterfront strip of Maryland directly across the Potomac from D.C. into the areas largest event center. The 18-story glass-and-steel tower has 2,000 guest rooms and 470,000 square feet of meeting space. It is the second-largest indoor convention space in the city, exceeded only by the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Property highlights include a full-service marina, a 20,000-square-foot spa, and five on-site restaurants and bars.
