The name, lifted from a John Singer Sargent painting, means “uproar, revelry, and merrymaking,” so the three D.C. locations of this tapas restaurant are festooned in lively colors and tout the vibrant, authentic flavors of Spain. The area’s largest Jaleo, in Crystal City, seats 225 or holds 300 for receptions; its private Blue Room holds 70.
