OVERVIEW
This property commissioned New York-based architect David Rockwell to design a 6,000-square-foot yet-to-be-named eatery off the lobby; it will open with two private dining rooms in May. The $30 million project will also include a lobby revamp, set to debut in January. After that, the West Wing rooms will get a larger presidential suite and 11 new guest rooms.
