This sleek 631-room tower, a few minutes from the Pentagon and Reagan National Airport, is best known for Windows on the World, its revolving, 14th-floor rooftop restaurant. The hotel also has two levels of event space totaling 31,005 square feet, including the Crystal Ballroom, which holds 1,000; the Plaza Ballroom, which holds 500; and several smaller rooms with balconies and city views.
